Abstract. Work with precedent anthroponyms is a valuable material for shaping and improving the
cultural competence of non-linguistic students.
All anthroponyms reflecting the characteristics of folklore are used in not every Russian language
class at non-linguistic departments. However, work on informing and understanding by native speakers
of the Tajik language of certain proverbs and sayings using precedent anthroponyms with different positive and negative characteristics should be carried out constantly. Through a precedent text-phenomenon it is difficult to enter into the image of the Russian language without delving into the national and
cultural characteristics and folk signs. Certainly, precedent anthroponyms are an integral part and component of a people's culture, which is transmitted through text-based language.
The precedent text has a foreground meaning, the content of the precedent anthroponyms revives
the real picture of the Russian language, which is studied in non-linguistic departments.
It is necessary to emphasize the cultural aspect of teaching the Russian language at non-linguistic
departments, noting the role and meaning of the word.
Keywords: anthroponym, precedent phenomena, cultural aspect, Russian language, vocabulary, people's culture, text.
