Abstract. The concept of a particular segment of the contemplated reality inevitably forms the concept of a linguistic worldview, which is among the fundamental concepts expressing the characteristic
features of people and their being, their relations with the world, the most important conditions of their
being in the world. According to E.S. Kubryakova, under the language worldview we understand a special formation, which participates in cognition of the world and sets patterns for interpretation of the
acquired. The integrity and system organization in the structure of a lexical-semantic group (LSG) is
provided by antonymic and synonymic connections. One of such groups in Russian is the LSG of parametric adjectives, united by the semantic component "size". The specificity of these adjectives lies in the
fact that they characterize various features of objects that differ in their ability to grading: baland – high,
past – low, farbekh – full, nozukandom – slender, kotoh – short, daroz – long. The article researches the
analysis and presentation of the Tajik units that make up the lexico-semantic group of parametric adjectives, as it is qualitative adjectives that allow not only to recognize certain qualities of a person, but
also unite or contrast them on the basis of qualitative characteristics, reflecting the image of a person in
the compared languages.
Keywords: adjectives, human, image, group, qualitative, Russian language, Tajik language, Tajik units, worldview, comparison, concept.
