Abstract. The purpose of this article is to identify the communicative tactics and communication
moves by which a cooperative strategy is implemented in messenger communication in Russian, as
well as to identify the language markers of these tactics. The author uses electronic messages from
group (parental) chats in Telegram messenger as the research material. The total number of analyzes
messages sent by different Internet users is over 500. The author uses the following research methods:
linguopragmatic analysis and contextual analysis of communicative-pragmatic situations in messenger
communities. The cooperative strategy, being aimed at removing potential contradictions between the
addressee and his audience, has the following characteristic features: a) from the point of view of the
speaker's communicative behavior: emphasizing good intentions and showing empathy, using various
ways to demonstrate a positive attitude, setting up a dialogue; b) from the point of view of the speech
design of the statement: the use of "softening" forms, the exclusion of forceful language, the use of pos
itive evaluation. The article highlights the following communicative tactics of the strategy of coopera
tion: tactics of consent (including consent-approval, consent-confirmation, consent-decision and con
sent-acceptance), tactics of showing empathy (objectified through reactive stereotypical remarks),
tactics of attracting attention, tactics of changing the topic and tactics of persuasion. The deployment
of persuasion tactics occurs through such communicative moves as an appeal to positive experience,
an appeal to reason and an indication of the way to solve the problem. The author explains the rele
vance of these communicative tactics within the framework of a cooperative strategy by the subject
thematic area of communication in parent chats. The communicative strategy of cooperation, as noted
in the article, involves social perception, one of the functions of which is to organize joint activities in
the process of discussing topics relevant to parental chats.
Keywords: messenger communication, speech impact, cooperative strategy, communicative tactics, communicative move.
