Submitting the manuscript for publication in the online edition of the “Tula Scientific Bulletin. History. Linguistics", you confirm that:
The manuscript should be submitted to the Editorial Board by e-mail to: history@tsput.ru. Submission of a paper version of the article or an electronic version on any material medium (optical disk, flash-card, etc.) is not required. Together with the manuscript the author should send a scanned application for publication of the article by history@tsput.ru.
The name of the file with the manuscript of the article should contain the author's surname and the word "Article" (e.g.: Surname_Article.rtf). The name of the file with the application for publication of the article should contain the author's surname and the word "Application" (e.g.: Surname_Application.rtf)
Sending a manuscript by the author to the electronic mail address of the editorial board history@tsput.ru is a form of Acceptance of the Offer for the acceptance of the agreement (public offer) to grant the right to use the work in the online edition "Tula Scientific Bulletin. History. Linguistics".
All manuscripts submitted to the online publication are subject to mandatory plagiarism check. The author guarantees that the article is original and free from inaccurate information and plagiarism (the article must have a 70% level of text uniqueness. The editorial board reserves the right not to publish articles with a text uniqueness of less than 70%.

Authors who publish articles in this journal agree to the following:
