Abstract. On the basis of archival documents, data on the composition of the advanced
detachment of the 44th army of the Caucasian front, which liberated Feodosia, Koktebel and fought for the
expansion of the bridgehead in the South-Eastern Crimea, are given. The process of planning the actions of
the advanced detachment, the tasks of each group for actions in Feodosia and the surrounding area is
revealed.
