Abstract. This article examines the linguistic and cultural specificity of axiological components within the artistic discourse of contemporary military poetry dedicated to the Special Military Operation (SMO). The study is based on the analysis of poetic texts from the collection "Words Scented with Gunpowder" (2022), which reflect national values, ideological attitudes and conceptual oppositions. The paper determines semantic structure of axiological components influencing the emotional and evaluative orientation of texts. The author pays particular attention to the concepts of patriotism, heroism, duty, memory, justice and sacrifice as key elements in shaping the worldview within the military artistic discourse. The article analyzes linguistic means used to create an axiologically loaded artistic space, including metaphors, symbols, quasi-symbols, and stylistic techniques that form the emotional perception of the works. The research relies on linguocultural and discourse analysis, allowing for the identification of how artistic texts transmit and construct value models. The study places special emphasis on the role of collective memory, historical continuity and national identity in shaping the image of the Motherland and military duty. In addition, the paper considers the mechanisms of semiotic encoding of patriotic values in poetic discourse, and their influence on the formation of social and cultural identity. The author analyzes dynamics of changes in axiological attitudes in military poetry, revealing their interconnection with social and political processes. The article provides a comparative analysis of texts demonstrating various approaches to the expression of national identity through artistic images. The results of the study allow for a deeper understanding of the specificity of the artistic discourse of contemporary military poetry, as well as its role in shaping the national value space and ideological orientation of society.
Keywords: axiological components, artistic discourse, Special Military Operation (SMO), patriotism, heroism, linguoculturology, national identity.
